If the consultation goes well and you want to move forward, we schedule an in-home visit to take precise measurements of your door openings. The installer will also bring a sample door so you can see, feel, and try out the product in person.

During this phase, we walk through your selections in order. You can browse the catalogs ahead of time and note the model numbers you like, or send us a reference photo of a door design you have in mind and we'll replicate it.

After the visit, you'll receive a detailed written quote with a full breakdown.

Once you approve the quote, we produce detailed engineering drawings based on your measurements and selections. These drawings cover every specification of your door: dimensions, panel layout, hardware placement, and locking configuration.

You'll review and iterate on the drawings with us until everything is exactly right. Nothing goes into production until you sign off on the final design.

Your door is shipped via insured air freight from Europe to Canada. We handle all customs, logistics, and delivery coordination. The door arrives in a large protective wooden crate.

We hold the shipment until your installation date is confirmed, so delivery and installation happen on the same day.

Our installation team removes your existing door, prepares the opening, and installs your new armoured door. These doors can weigh over 300kg, so proper structural support is critical. This includes fitting the frame, aligning the multi-point locking system, adjusting hinges, and sealing everything for weather protection.

After installation, we walk you through how everything works: the locking mechanism, key management, and day-to-day operation. We don't leave until you're comfortable with your new door.
