50Years
Engineered Wood Panels
Our engineered wood panels are guaranteed for 50 years against rot, fungal decay, and dimensional instability. Built to withstand rain, humidity, UV exposure, and freeze-thaw cycles. Paint and coatings are not covered under this warranty.
10Years
Door Structure
The steel frame, armoured core, and structural components are warranted for 10 years against manufacturing defects and structural failure under normal use.
2Years
Mechanical Parts
Locks, cylinders, hinges, handles, and all mechanical components are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects and mechanical failure under normal use.
Warranty Terms
- Warranty coverage begins from the date of installation.
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation are not covered.
- Any modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties will void the warranty.
- Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with proof of purchase.
